Ep. 152 Carol Han Pyle: From Elle Beauty Editor to Clean Beauty Brand

Carol Han Pyle started her career covering fashion and beauty for top publications like Elle and Elle.com where she was a fashion and beauty editor. She then founded the social media agency, CA Creative.

Now, Carol is transforming the fragrance industry with NETTE, offering clean, sustainable, luxury fragrance and candles. Carol’s inspiration for her brand comes from memories of her mother's handmade candles, which sparked a lifelong love for fragrance. Her passion for clean ingredients and a desire for a safe home were fueled by her fertility struggles. NETTE has also launched fragrances sold exclusively at Sephora.

In this episode of Flip Your Script with Kristi Piehl, Carol shares her journey from childhood memories to creating a successful brand focused on clean ingredients, sustainability and mental well-being. She also offers tips to focus on personal growth and talks about taking risks, ignoring fear of failure and trusting yourself.
