Ep. 165 Sophie Grace Holmes: From Cystic Fibrosis to Defying the Odds

Sophie Grace Holmes was born with cystic fibrosis, a life-threatening lung disease, and was told she wouldn’t make it to her teenage years. She then made it her mission to show what is possible with a healthy lifestyle even when the odds are against you. Sophie’s parents encouraged her to live as normally as possible, fostering a mindset of resilience and positivity despite the challenges living with CF brings.

Today, Sophie is a fitness coach, public speaker, influencer, ultra-endurance athlete, nutrition coach and businesswoman. From climbing Mount Kilimanjaro to paddleboarding 80 miles from the Bahamas to Florida, completing multiple Ultramarathons and triathlons to running 36 marathons in 36 days, Sophie continues to prove doctors wrong.

In this episode of Flip Your Script with Kristi Piehl, Sophie shares her inspirational journey and emphasizes the importance of setting ambitious goals.
