He’s a certified exercise physiologist, has a master’s degree in Kinesiology and graduated from an executive leadership program at Stanford University. Based on science and evidence, Luke says most modern-day trends and fitness fads get it all wrong. Due to his unique perspective, Luke is a sought-after and highly-rated speaker.
