Ep. 76 Michael George: From Notre Dame Leprechaun to Disney Imagineer

As someone who grew up trying to avoid the spotlight, Michael George found himself at the center of it when he became the Notre Dame Leprechaun. He didn't go to college to be a mascot but found success by saying yes to exciting opportunities and stepping out of his comfort zone.

After graduating from Notre Dame, he accepted a lucrative opportunity to become a Disney Imagineer. While at Disney, Michael was able to work on Soarin’, a popular flight simulator attraction at Epcot.

Michael has had dreams of creating a flying ride ever since he was a little kid, so this project had personal and professional significance. Joining his family on the ride he helped bring to life was truly a dream come true.

In this episode of Flip Your Script with Kristi Piehl, Michael shares the importance of living a great story and proves that incredible things are possible when you step out of your comfort zone and say yes to the opportunities life has to offer.
