Ep. 90 Jeremy Grater & Zach Tucker: From Overweight Challenges to Authentic Advice

Jeremy Grater and Zach Tucker have pushed themselves to learn more about their own physical, emotional and mental health. They learned to manage depression and anxiety and lost nearly 200 pounds combined. Their journeys started at different times in their lives. Zach’s journey started at his first job out of college when the office was going to run a 5K and he decided to sign up. Jeremy’s journey started with a knee injury; his physical therapist told him to start biking, so he started riding his bike to work.

They are now using their knowledge and sharing the challenges they have faced to help others achieve healthier and more meaningful lives through their podcast, The Fit Mess. They have had the opportunity to speak to a wide range of guests, including some of their favorites, Shaun T and Ryan Holiday.

In this episode of Flip Your Script with Kristi Piehl, Jeremy and Zach discuss the importance of managing your wellness and how to strengthen your health through vulnerability.
