Chaz Sandifer hit a low point after going through a difficult divorce and experiencing domestic abuse. Inspired by her son, she set out to become the best version of herself. 

Chaz is passionate about health and wellness in her own life and is building a community around her passions. Chaz is the founder of theNEWmpls, where she offers numerous fitness classes, meal-prep courses and a farmers market. Chaz is also a co-founder of Let Go Let Flow. Their goal is to teach, coach and inspire people to improve their physical and mental health and advance antiracism education and initiatives.
