Gavin Kaysen is an award-winning chef, owner of Spoon and Stable, Bellecour Bakery, Demi and is the founder of Soigné Hospitality Group. Gavin has received two James Beard Awards – Rising Star Chef of the Year in 2008 and Best Chef: Midwest in 2018. He is known for his nationally recognized restaurants as well as his leadership in the culinary industry. His catering company, KZ ProVisioning, with Chef Andrew Zimmern, feeds the Minnesota Wild, Timberwolves and Lynx.
