During her trauma-filled childhood of abandonment, sexual assault, abusive relationships and domestic sexual exploitation, Quintina Sonnie often found herself making “choiceless choices.” 

Quintina escaped her life as a victim and is now living in Ghana, Africa. She uses her trauma and lived experiences to teach women how to heal themselves so they can experience joy and love.
