Ep. 141 Jim Owen: From Wall Street Executive to SuperAging Expert

 

After a successful run as a Wall Street executive, Jim Owen found a new passion in life when he turned 70. That is when his fitness journey began, and since then, Jim has been sharing his wisdom and inspiring other aging adults. 

Now 83 years old, Jim is the author of Just Move!: A New Approach to Fitness After 50, produced the film The Art of Aging Well and is finalizing the launch plans for his next documentary: The Art of Becoming a SuperAger. 

In this episode of Flip Your Script with Kristi Piehl, Jim talks about how his positive mindset has played a role in his childhood, career and health. Jim shares how he now measures his personal success by being the best husband, father and friend that he can be and gives advice for those willing to look at life, goals and aging differently.
