Ep. 149 Cheryl Hunter: From Staying Silent after a Kidnapping to Sharing Stories

 

When Cheryl Hunter was a teenager, she left her family’s horse ranch in rural Colorado to travel abroad. She met two men at an airport in France who promised to make her a model. Instead, they abducted her, held her captive for days and eventually left her for dead.

She kept her story private for 10 years but now shares it publicly to help others overcome adversity. She helps people with triumphant stories reclaim their power, own and share their stories to help others. Cheryl gets their message out to the world through the media. Her clients have appeared on national TV, radio, magazines, newspapers and on stage.
