Ep. 36 Henry Lake: From Local Radio Host to National Voice

Known for his sports commentary, honest opinions and dedication to talking about the issues, Henry Lake found his voice amplified even further than local radio. Henry made headlines for sharing his emotional on-air comments during the unrest in Minnesota after George Floyd’s murder and found himself as a go-to national voice to discuss the issues of race, diversity and inclusion. This was nothing new for The Lake Show radio host; he’s been passionate about these issues for years and is glad to be a part of the conversation now. In this episode of Flip Your Script, host Kristi Piehl and Henry discuss the importance of including diverse opinions in your life and how adopting a “we” mindset can help us flip the script and come together as Americans.
